What would you expect the AVERAGE wow player clear in a raid for a season?

Hi! I just get Heroic Hood of Stilled Winds from HoF H, i currently have Heroic Hood of Cursed Dreams from feng... Is worth lose 300 spirit (refor hood of stilled crit --> spirit) and gain 86 Int, 454 Crit and 36 Haste or i should stay with the 502 ilvl head?

Well it's simple...do you need that Spirit? Yes = Keep it, No = go for throughput
