I dont think it will be the case, as there are new Winter veil items on the PTR. So Id say early December.

Well, if it is this week then I will get to rage righteously on the Blizzard forums about their dropping standards because the PTR has bugs EVERYWHERE.

Hell, half the bugs from 5.0.4 aren't fixed yet.

Definetly not this week, Quests and features and scenarios are not in yet, aside from that it's just too little content (pet battle changes dailies and brawlers guild, not much content if you ask me), we haven't had a patch (which generally comes out as frequent as once a week on the PTR), I believe next build will have alot of changes....

It is a release canidate, and it has new Darkmoon stuff. So, I think it might be this week, but if next week the qq will be great.

It looks like it's tomorrow, and if not, the following Tuesday. If we follow Murphy's law, I'm off next Tuesday, and it seems like everytime I'm off on a Tuesday, something big happens with Maintenance and I can't play all day, thereby forcing me to do something else with my free time. So, given past experiences, and no actual inside information, I bet it'll be next week, Dec 4, when I have my day off.
