Leveling a Warlock - best heirloom trinkets & enchants?

Hey fellas.

I'm leveling a warlock and I've got all heirlooms available.
I'm in doubt, however, when it comes to enchants and what sort of trinkets I should use.
2 x int or 2 x haste trinkets?
What is the best spec?
22 intellect or 30 spell power on staff?

start with demo. affliction is too slow at lower levels, and I don't like destro until 60+ (but that's a preference issue)

Why 1 of each trinket? Wouldn't 2 int trinkets beat out that option in terms of DPS?

maybe but the health restore on the other one is superior.
