Prior to the patch each of my weapons gave roughly 1100 pvp power... now look.
I have 51% pvp power and prepatch I had 42%

Just confirmed my two handed bow on my hunter has 4770 pvp power. Whoa?

Resil is also higher, so if by gamebreaking you mean almost no change at all then yeah you are totally right.

Wrong ... my resil is the same pre and post.
