I think with the 3 new scenarios, Blizz upgraded the Scenario Caches. This is a good thing IMO.
Games are not necessarily "easier" today. You are just a better player.
It takes more now to impress many gamers than it did 2-5 years ago, because so much has already been seen and done.
Many players expect to be wow'd with every release of a beloved franchise.
These are generally NOT the fault of the developers, but the fault of many players over-hyping and/or setting expectations too high.

It's just 476 I don't think weapons will be dropping either aside It's probably just a small chance of dropping.

And yeah, we all knew the 'welfare epics' would come back eventually. It was the same in Cataclysm, it's going to be the same now. The system works, no point whining about it now.

Welfare epics have never disappeared. LFR loot and rep items, what are they if not welfare?

I like how this is just a slim chance on getting the occasional upgrade. At least it won't be like spamming dungeons for 2 days and you're decked in last tier's gear
Also nice to see we have never truly lost those who can whine about anything. This game tastes a lot better with your tears
