Yeah, but at least now rather than waiting halfway through your swing timer to see it pop, it's a very small fraction of it. Has anyone noticed Rime proccing less? I actually had Frost Fever fall off because of it in LFR yesterday.

I noticed Rime proccing less. That's what I thought at first but I think I just had some bad RNG after checking logs.

Last week was ~17PPM, This week was ~14PPM. This comes in at a pretty acceptable variation.
