No, but you can buy new ones near Wrathion(from Wrathion?). I heard the number 10k gold thrown around a few times, but I'm not sure if thats the real price.

If you pay Wrathion 10k gold he will remove your gem. Not sure what the son of Deathwing and the only Black Dragon left needs with gold...
