I solo it on my Monk weekly.

First 3 bosses I do as Windwalker, RoS as Brewmaster, next 2 bosses as Windwalker and final 2 as Brewmaster (not really needed)

That's bull, it's not about survivability. I don't believe a Pally or DK can solo it. They have an ability called spirit shock, that seems to not be able to miss, that has a 1.5 second cast time. Very hard to interrupt, and puts an undispellable fear effect on you. And they cast that thoughout the entire encounter, even if you have an immunity to absorb all the shocks, you still have to do almost 2 million damage before it shuts off. So if a prot pally can 1.7 million damage in 8 seconds with the 50% debuff from Divine shield with no vengeance, then yeah... they can solo it. But I doubt that would happen.
    I like anime and stuff.

eliquary of Souls and The Illidari Council aren't currently possible as a rogue, which is why I have soloed them on my Death Knight (see the links below). But if you know a way how to actually solo them as a Rogue, by all means, let me know!
Have a video you know of? Because google isn't showing any others.

Well it's easy for a Hunter with all that melee.

Priests cannot dual wield, and our only melee summon is on a 4 minute cooldown.

I actually soloed BT for the first time a few weeks ago. (Paladin) So, it's certainly doable.

In what way was Viscidus changed? Tried it today and appeared the same as always, considering its in the patch notes and does drop a pet I'd have expected something noticeable. The change on Razorgore was very noticeable.

There are other items you can get to spawn multiple mobs to melee for you.

    Rogue solo of RoS

    http://youtu.be/BEJhZaw0pzo

How do folks not just go to Youtube and type in "class" solo Reliquary of Souls? There is like one for every class lol.

    ---------- Post added 2012-11-28 at 11:53 AM ----------

So far we have concluded that Paladin, Druid, Monk, and Rogue can solo RoS. We already knew that pet classes could do it like DK, Hunter, Warlock, and Mage. Warrior is the only questionable one, but with 2nd wind, I am thinking it is not impossible, especially for a human with EMFH. So, I would say, we can confirm, if you know your class, and have relatively decent gear, you can solo RoS.

You have props from me that you were ever able to solo.

Hell, I have trouble duoing it with a friend sometime if we're not on particular classes.

    That fucking disorient.

Although... I guess we've not tried since hitting 90.

I found quite a bit of amusement yesterday when my husband turned to me, his warrior facedown on his monitor with Patchwerk walking away from him and said to me, "I thought we were supposed to be able to solo old raids now?".

To which I said, "They changed the requirement to enter, and a couple of bosses' mechanics, but if you couldn't kill it before you're not going to suddenly be able to now."

    :P

The same way you didn't until ten minutes ago :P

I know I'm not in the habit of watching other people play WoW on youtube, so unless I am looking for something specific I know is there so it doesn't usually occur to me.

No problems on Reliquary with enhancement shaman either. Sure he will get you disoriented after the first cast but wolves and fire elemental easily burn it down after that.
