I'm in a bit of a dilemma here guys, i've read the thread about the bis overall weapon threats, with the heroic elite dagger vs sha touched heroic, I have a bit of a different dilemma here.

NORMAL elite dagger(http://www.wowhead.com/item=90527) vs NORMAL sha touched? (http://www.wowhead.com/item=86328)

Sha touched if you have gem, dagger if no gem.

Because it's not a valid answer, my sims are inaccurate atm for some reason, and I doubt it's better to be honest..

yeah just straight up compare stats, like the sword with the gem has more SP, and that's mostly what you are looking for in a spell weapon.
