Lots of help building my own computer

Ok to start of pretty much new to building my own computer i dont really know too much about them, i do know the basics but not 100% what all im going to need to build my own and what exactly would be the best to get the best bang for my buck.

my budget is 300-400 dollars
im trying to build a computer than can run WoW well without trouble hopefully on ultra with 30+ fps but not needed

Im hoping to be able to reuse whatever is possible to save as much money as i can

And like i said i dont know much about computers nor have i ever built one on my own but im up to the task, any help/guides/etc. is very much appreciated im just trying to find what parts im gunna need a price for it since i dont really know whats good and what isnt. if i missed anything and need to post more or need to give more info just say, sorry.

thats funny, im posting this asking for help because i dont know what parts are good or bad or if they're even compatable together thats why im asking for help i've looked through the guides and posts here but they still dont tell me whats good/bad or works together

What is not to understand about the stickies. Some even take the time to make pre-built machines and keep them up to date. All you have to do is copy-paste it.

And the components in that computer are really old, if you want to buy something new, you'll have to start from scratch. Except for the ODD and HDD.

I don't think the G530 can be overclocked. As such, he doesn't need to spend the ~$20 for an aftermarket cooler.

ok so thats what im thinking of for a setup, i dont have a optical drive or sound card picked out because im not sure if i can re-use them along with the hard drive im going to re-use what do you guys think? any suggestions? hopefully that link works lol

Just so you don't get your hopes too far up, the 300-400 range is for medium settings at acceptable framerates

I'd go with the AMD Trinity CPU's, like an A8 5600K or A6 5400K
