first, its much more about entertainment... the looks are important, but your dancing and 'animation' is more important...
a good looking, well shaped dork who cant dance gets less attention than a good dancer...

But still Body matters, most important is your stomach... get a sixpack, it has priority... then breast, arms and butt... full-body-training with the most emphasis on your abdomen...

get an outfit that highlights your 'jewelry' - if you aint got much, there is special hardware for that... push-up-pants etc.
+ oil, lotions and a decent haircut

Your never to old to Try. Worst that happens is you don't do well, but at least you gave it a shot. If it's something that interests you then that is all you can really do.


Plus, stripping isn't even about being able to dance, nor is it really about being in shape. It's about being hugely charismatic and projecting that through your body language.
