Not talking about the mountspeed.

But the reduced root duration is't working at all. Just tested it with a priest friend of mine and the void tendrils lasted for 8sec every time. And the duration should have been reduced by 2,4sec.

Or is it just me?

The duration of movement-slowing effects used against you is reduced by 30%

A slow isn't the same as a root. So it'll work with things like Hamstring but won't work against Frost Nova or Void Tendrils, etc.
