choosing weapons

Hello all, i recently got to level 85 on my rogue and i am of course heading to Pandaria now but i was just wondering what is the best combination for weapons while i level and also what would be the best combination for when i eventually hit 90 for heroics and raids?

Assassination: Dual daggers.
Combat: Slow main-hand (2.6 attack speed) and either another slow off-hand or a dagger as an off-hand.
Subtlety: Dual daggers.

Weapon with the highest ilvl as your main-hand at all times.

If you have a higher ilvl slow OH weapon for Sub you should take that instead of dual daggers if I'm not mistaken?
