Pokemon was for everyone, Digimon was for boys in my experience. :3
I loved both anyway. I stopped with Pokemon back with Pokemon Pearl though. I still love Pokemon, but there's just too many now. And you can't go to all the regions and catch 'em all. That's the only thing that would bring me back. That and an in-game way to get all the starters instead of only by trading between games.

I stopped playing pokemon around pokemon diamond I think. I might have played fire red...I know I played one that was just for advanced it might have been that one but I don't recall and don't think I played it much. I bought it remembering enjoying the previous games but then got bored of it.
