XD I don't know, it took me a whole but it was because I was low level and people that aren't level 30 don't have over 6 champions or so, mostly because a lot save IP for runes instead, the last tier runes that is.
Yeah, don't spend any IP on tier 1 or tier 2 runes, save it for tier 3.
