I have an adapter for my plugs from when I went to France, cost me like £5.00. Has about 5 different types of plug sockets you can use *shrug* Ebay probably sells them as well

They don't sell them here either. Got to use youtube to listen or buy them online.
Yesasia delivers basically any album or dvd from asia, at least from Kor and Japan not sure about other asian locations. Shipping is free if you spend over around $20 or so.

And Itunes and similar things have some albums, not all though but some.

Nothing. As long as you don't have anything connected to the outlet it doesn't matter if it's turned on or off.
