Higher than the rest of the EU, I think!
It would probably take a lot of effort for nothing in return to change to the EU plugs
EU voltage is 220v
US 110-120v
Google told me

Maybe that's why just our plugs have switches Pur. We have more power!
Why on Earth are you talking about plugs? Much as I know about them (stupid former work....).
Right then.
230V is EU standard power, while the UK is slightly stronger at 240V. Doesn't make much difference to most appliances, but in the long term, the higher voltage will cause AC appliances to burn out faster. DC appliances (switch mode ones anyway) it won't matter as they're set to output the same voltage whether at 110V - 240V (usually the range is 90-264 but meh). Why 110V you ask? Americans!
There are more than a few countries that share the UK 3 pin plug. Cyprus for one, and a fair whack of the Middle East too. The other ones I know of are the 2 pin straight (America), 2 pin round (Europe) and the 2 pin diagonal (Australia).
Morning.

Australia uses 230v.
We have switches too.
Hi clever electrician Kitteh \o
Morning Dyra or should we just call you Miss plug expert.
And because plugs are interesting, and Tiny linked a cool picture from /r/mildlyinteresting showing various forms of plugs.
In Australia we have a few different kinds of tables.
One that's taking off in a big way is the 'coffee' table. It's like a small table about the same height as a foot rest, and is often used as such.
Surprisingly, although named the coffee table, it can also be used to rest cups containing tea, or Juice and other various drinks. Just make sure you use a coaster or you'll get a ring on it!
Morning/afternoon..

I still haven't seen an IKEA in the UK but they exist apparently!
