Chinese, Japanese and Korean aren't that hard to distinguish actually. And then you also have Vietnamese, which is very easy to distinguish from the previous three, but not so much from similar languages.

Korean, obviously as it's not a symbolic language in the same sense as Chinese or Japanese. I don't know the main differences between Japanese and Chinese however. One just looks more curved than the other to me.

Seems to be the correct corner Maj.
Try to round the corners, it looks a bit weird atm. Else a border if that doesn't work.
I think the problem is too much space at the left side, while there is none at the right side.

I changed, it's not the right colour and I don't know how to do round corners with GIMP.
