This new diet is taking some getting used to...
But, it's working!
I've dropped my calorie intake below 2000 calories (But, not to like 1000 or anything ridiculous like that, before it was probably at least 2500 a day, it's probably like 1700 or 1800 now) per day, and started eating vegetables for the first time in my life. My breakfast now consists of eggs, instead of a
breakfast biscuit which is a hell of a lot healthier. And I've stopped eating lunch provided by the school (Which was like 700 calories) and just eating a sandwich. Dinner is some healthy stuff with vegetables that my mom makes (We're both doing this diet together, to make it easier), tonight was French Onion Soup with Tofu noodles, with a small serving of mac n cheese. (I can't quit eating what I used to cold turkey, just integrating vegetables and healthier foods into my diet gradually).
Started Friday of last week, weighed myself this morning and had lost 4 pounds (Weighed in the morning each time, before eating or drinking, before was 228, now is 224).
Starting to add exercise this next week, last week it rained every single fucking day so I just didn't bother going outside.
