I'm curious as to what everyone things the best raids have been.
Mine are
1) Ulduar
2) BWL
3) Naxx(40 man)
As of post #46 current top 10 are.
1) Ulduar - 26
2) Karazhan - 19
3) ICC - 12
4) Naxx - 10
5) Sunwell - 9
6) BWL/BT/FL - 6
9) AQ/SSC - 5

Having not raided Heart of Fear or Terrace of Endless Spring at all, my top 3 are:
ICC
Ulduar
Karazhan
Not necessarily in that order. I loved the atmosphere of Kara, Ulduar was just really really impressive and well done... ICC was probably on the list because of the fact that it was the first raid where I was in a group of almost all real life friends. Plus the Lich King fight is still my favorite fight in the game. Not only was he always the final boss of WoW (in my opinion), he was a bad ass villain, and the fight itself was amazing. While we never completed heroic while it was relevant, the mechanics of it and tuning was top notch.
I'd have to say that Firelands Rag is my #2 favorite fight though, not significantly behind LK.

Karazhan had an amazing atmosphere, it was my first raid and I still go back there from time to time.
Ulduar, well everyone knows
Firelands I really loved but I'm enjoying Heart of Fear too, so it might have to replace Firelands on my list!
