It appears that every time you reenter DMF, the monthly quests reset; as in you do them, leave the area, go back in and you can do them again. This does not seem intended.
Edit: Seems all the item quests (dungeon and BG drops) are infinitely redable as well.

And if we exploit it we get banned. But it is perfectly safe to use bots, because Blizzard don't care about that.
