Depending on your opponents deck that can be extremly useful. Or totally worth less.
It's pretty situational and scales with how many enemies you have, but at least in 1v1 it's not absurdly strong just because it's a planeswalker and it would be terrible if they aren't too good to not play them...

Also serves as a free library search and play for yourself, should you wish it.

That is funny because he shows up a lot in control decks because of his first ability and then he is just card advantage with his second.

It just occurred to me that it says "for each player" not " for each opponent". meaning you get a card from your library as well as theirs. So never mind, that's pretty awesome.

At what point does your planeswalker die? Could you use -8 with 8 counters, and for your library, get another Jace out? Or would they end up on the battlefield at the same time?

He sees lot's of play in Esper/Bant control as tokens are a pretty common thing nowadays so he usually does good while he is with Tamiyo/Sorin/Lilianna.

You sure could do that. I did that all of the time with planeswalkers, used anything to take them to zero counters and immediately play another from my hand. It isn't fun when one Koth ults and another takes his place or Jace 2.
