Rapture bug / hotfix?

Just did 2 bosses and noticed mana was stupidly tight, moreso than before.

Checked logs and rapture didn't proc once, even though shield was used a lot of times.

If it didn't proc at all then it's probably a bug.

I am also getting this, it doesn't always happen, but it's annoying when it does

I thought it was Ingela's rapture that was broken, but it makes sense that if rapture isn't proccing then ingela's wouldn't show it.

I also thought it was Ingela but then checked WOL and had no proccs at all during the whole fight... Same thing with another priest in the guild, but on a different fight...

Rapture gains:
[22:12:18.900] Surgical casts Power Word: Shield on Anikka
[22:12:19.112] Anikka gains Power Word: Shield from Surgical (Remaining: 108192)
[22:12:20.732] Surgical gains 19916 mana from Surgical's Rapture
[22:12:20.732] Surgical's Power Word: Shield fades from Anikka (Remaining: 0)
[22:12:33.756] Surgical casts Power Word: Shield on Dukowski
[22:12:34.000] Dukowski gains Power Word: Shield from Surgical (Remaining: 132282)
[22:12:36.812] Surgical gains 25970 mana from Surgical's Rapture
[22:12:36.812] Surgical's Power Word: Shield fades from Dukowski (Remaining: 0)
.....etc.....

I'm looking through here and I'm not seeing a Shield pop that didn't cause Rapture, unless it was already on CD. The OPs links don't work for me...idk.

It seems to be a random bug, I'm not able to duplicate it or intentionally cause it.

Relog seems to fix it every time; it's more of just an annoyance than anything, though.

This is !@#$ing retarded, I am getting it on every pull almost & relogging does not help. I basically cannot use shield till this is fixed.
