Gear advice: Malev Neck or passive Str trinket first? (have the on-use Str already)

Hey guys,

I am a Human Ret pally, about to cap at 1800 conquest points this week. Have almost 4K honor too.

I am currently using the PVE Klaxxi Haste/Mastery neck (http://www.wowhead.com/item=89064) and and PVE Carbolic Carbuncle (http://www.wowhead.com/item=81138)

Reason for not upgrading is cos I'm not sure which conquest item I should buy first, then replace the other with a Honor item.

Which will provide the greatest (immediately noticeable) benefit?

After this purchase, I will be saving up to afford the T1 weapon, so I can't spend any more after this purchase and will have to only buy Honor items.

I'd go trinket. That passive pvpp bonus (not the proc) is pretty nice.
