LF Addon to display text with many font settings

Hi,

I am looking for an addon that can just display custom text strings anywhere on the screen. WeakAuras can almost do this. What I want though is to be able to set outlines, monochrome or not, shadows with offset option. Many addons can do this (Stuf for example on its unitframes) but there are symbols/text I want to display on my screen independently of any frame.

EDIT: Also, if anyone knows of an addon like OmniCC with shadow offset options on the fonts.
