guild struggles - concerned of guild's future (near and far)

top on server (6/6 HMSV, 2/6 HHoF, 0/6 HTOES) with lack of progress fora while. complacency problems w/raiding 17-25 hours a week. have best players on server killer instincts rapid fading. logs on past week. awareness and skill issues evident on Imperial Vizier Zor'lok.

Try getting the third easier heroic in heart killed, perhaps boost morale. Blade Lord, Garalon, and Wind Lord are all not too bad.

Btw, logs seem to show a 10 man guild doing normal modes. Think your links are wrong or something.

These are normal mode logs... it looks like you guys are clearing MSV on normal now too even though you've cleared it on heroic. Most of your raiders are undergeared for your progress; going back to normal rather than farming heroic explains this.

You have quite a few slackers as well. The majority of your raid is just underperforming. If you're actually raiding as much as you say you're raiding, even one slacker brings the morale down. Consider warning those that are not pulling their weight that if they do not improve, they will be replaced. And then replace them: start recruiting now.

Same for every Guild on our realm ( Aegwynn-EU) Guilds/Raids are dying like flies.

I have no idea what you're even trying to say here. The logs you linked aren't from the top guild, they are from the rank3 guild on the server. All I saw form them was a rogue not being combat on Garalon and came to the conclusion that at least one raider doesn't care about the guilds progress

If people can't bear with banging their head on a wall and give efforts to overcome this, that's the real problem.
