Did anything change in 5.1?

So I have enchanted, gem, gear with this priority for stats. Expertise (to 7.5-15% (depending)) = Hit (to 7.5%) > Agility > Haste > Crit > Stamina > Mastery > Parry > Dodge. but today I check http://www.askmrrobot.com/ and its telling me to change all my gems and enchants to stamina. I have been doing great with my build usually take less dmg than any other tank in raid.

Story short, AMR is way off right now. Use it as a reference, but don't go in with the intent of using any information it provides to you in regards to stat weights, reforging or gems.
