Que Pop addon

Hi there, I'm wondering if there's any addon that will notify me in any way (sound or something) when a LFR/BG que pop even if i'm tabbed down. Latetly I've been missing alot of LFR queues just beacuse I tab down to start some music or whatever and the queues at the moment is about 40 minutes for terrace, not so much fun
