The Spirit Kings possible bug?

Hello.


after a wipe night on the spirit kings, ive notised that Shield of Darkness blew up becouse of me, while i was standing at the opesit side of the room (DK tank) pretty much out of range, cant even IT him..
how is this possible?


100% out of range.
opesit side of the room.
im the tank, and the chat is saying IM the dude blowing up the raid..

bug? or just failing?

by the looks of it, first blow was me.. but the 2nd one was a dot from me somehow :S

it was a wipe anyway and the dps was horrible, but then the blowing up started to happen :S

You were hitting him with Icy Touch. I do find it pretty amusing how you think when something is your own fault you immediately think it's a bug and post on the forums, rather than having a rational thought and realizing how extremely unlikely that is.

thing is mate... i had people staring at me, seeing that i was at the opesit side of the damn room, and pretty much be out of range of that stupid boss, and it still hit.

and for making this even more embarresing.. i realized the shield has 5 charges instead of 1..

i do know that.

the odd thing was just.. the boss was at the other side of the room near the wall, as fast he started to do the shield thingie, i rocket jumped + got a disc shield on me so i was at the other end, but he had 3-4 stacks left on his shield when he was on the way back so i hit him with Icy touch to maximise my dps but dident realize at that point he has 5 stacks that needs to be dispelled, i thought he had 1 stack and that's it.
but yeah, i was missinformed, but that problem shuld now be solved.

Also, it's still OP fault anyway. Why cast anything at him when he's shielded, even if he's "out of range".
