I really needed an AD hero. I have a ton of AP heroes so I needed some variety. The fact that she could jungle is even better. Kills two birds with one stone (once I get a jungle rune page that is). One question about runes, they are a one time use or can you use them over and over again but on different pages?

You can use em on every page. So if you want AD reds for 20 champion. You just need to buy 9 as you can use all 9 in every runepage.

Sweet! That is what I was hoping for. So would getting Red armor, Yellow armor and blue magic resist be good for Vi or should I also get some AD runes, too? I was going to play her more tankishly than offensively.

Yellow armor and blue magic resist are fine, I'd get red AD runes, 9 (9x.95 right?) damage early game is quite a lot and helps last hitting. (Also, scales well with her 'spells'... well, punches)

But, armor is fine as well, she needs some tankiness, that's one way to do it.

I'd get AD red and quints for Vi. Her scaling is insane and it will really help her early game power.

Oh? Well after playing Shyv, I think I am going to dedicate a page to both her and Vi. Went 14/4/19 my first time with her which is my personal best as a non-support. So get red AD and then yellow armor and blue magic resist sound good?

Loved the spotlight, can't wait to pick her up . To those who've tested her out, how are you building her/what masteries are you using?

I was thinking 9/21/0 and tankyish items, but then in the spotlight he recommends the exact opposite , so I figure I'll ask people who have actually tried her.

also, slightly offtopic, but it's mentioned in her spotlight so..... Am I the only one whose been calling Swain's Nevermove Nevermore? I only noticed it wasn't called that when he mentioned in while talking about her Ulti .

I think you ought to take the spotlights with a pinch of salt. They sometimes recommend some strange things. Personally, I think you might go 21/9 in lane, but for the jungle I'd rather go 9/21, since otherwise it's gonna beat you up hard.

That's my experience, at least. Though with 200 ms, so I couldn't time things exactly right.

Also yes, Swain's Nevermove is a reference to Nevermore. It's just a pun since it's a root.

You could potentially run 21/9/0 in the jungle. You can pick up the most important masteries for jungling with just 9 points in Defense. I think I ran 9/21/0 my run since I was treating her like Darius. Definitely needs the offensive focus though.

Really? She doesn't seem very bursty and far more dangerous the longer she is in a fight so I'd figure a more defensive set up would work nicer. Eh, I'll experiment with her once she is finally released.

Hopefully tonight/tomorrow (same difference to me if its early enough tomorrow) so I can buy her and play her in a custom game before work. If I am not 20 (almost there though) then I will just play without runes. Oh noes.

I just figured it was my nerfengine going into overdrive. Same reason I punched my friend in the face when he asked if I wanted to go see The Raven, "coz.. you know, you like Edgar Allen Poe" Why am I friends with these people...

How is everyone building her btw? Bit of health and lots of AD/As? After playing Jax a bit I'm in love with the new Guinsoo, could be quite good on her, she benefits in some way from every stat on it.
