Looking for 2 Addons!

Hey.

I'm currently looking 2 addons.

1) Moving the Quest log.
I need to be able to move the quest log that appears on the right side of your screen along with the quest specific items. Currently my UI action bars are over it and it's fairly frustrating

2) Moving Boss specific bars
Such as Stone Guard, I want to be able to move the Petrification/whatever bar. Since again, my UI is slightly overlapping it.
