dual wield weapon stats

how does dual wield work exactly ?? if i have 800 life on hit on both weapons do i get only 800 from one ??

You get the stats from both full time.

same if i got 0 LoH in Main hand (left slot) and 800 LoH offhand (right slot) i still get 800 from OH ? and what is faster 1.22 or 1.40 ?

Yes, 800.
1.4 attacks per second is faster.
