Two questions concerning Weakauras and Sunnart

[Gerudo]

Hi there, I was wondering if it would be possible to collapse Sunn art horizontally such that it only frames my action bars (if this isn't possible, I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of an addon that i can do this with), and I was curious as to how I could make three text auras (in weak auras) to display these three individual things: My health percentage numerically, target's health percentage numerically, and the target's name. Thanks very much!

Edit: An SS to make what I want more clear. I want the percentages in the circle (blue is mine, purple is target) and the target name to appear how "gerudo" is, but on the other side of the purple nameplate. Sunn Art is spanning all the way across the screen now, and I only want it to envelop my action bars.

Edit #2: Figured out the Sunn art issue, but still in dire need of help concerning the health percentages of myself and the target, and the target name. Any help would be appreciated.
