Frost Weapon Question

Did they change it so all DK spells/attacks factor in both a MH and an OH weapon damage like frost used to be able to pick up in Cata or is it solely based on MH weapon damage? I only ask this because I was looking through the passives and don't see it on there anywhere and it would make one assume that 2h frost would end up pulling more damage than DW frost would. Or am I just not seeing it somewhere in the passives?

Yep its this that makes it equal, most cases superior to DW. The diference is minimal to those whom do not care about min/maxing, but a difference is def there.
