Somebody hacked my GW2 account

So I stopped playing GW2 about 3 months ago because I lost interest.
So I got a craving to play it again, maybe derp around on my elementalist and do some PvP.
Well I went to log in and my password was incorrect, and I tried to reset the password through my email and I never got the email.
So i called Arenanet and explained to them the whole situation, gave them my date of birth, serial code, credit # i used to buy the game etc... and they recovered the account.
So I finally patched and got to log in today and I see this:


So the hacker took my account then leveled a ranger to 80.
What do I do, enjoy somebody else's level 80 toon on my account?

I guess, I mean that's what the person gets for playing on an account they hacked. Now I just have to learn a completely different class already at max level 0.0

So he's level 80 in all level 60 gear, Fairly sure he was a botter, 150k karma to spend. oh goody

Might advise you to ask them about it whether you can keep it first unless you dont care for your account. Mainly because of the assumed botting.

Well tbh, what do he lose, really? only thing that was good about GW 2 was the leveling part, so he could buy a new account and level up again

I would take all the money and resources I could from the toon and delete it.
