Alright so i want this to run in order of importance at max settings with 60+ fps (If possible) Diablo 3 / Guild wars 2 / WoW / Starcraft 2 (Mostly Diablo 3 and GW, but down the line might start playing WoW and starcraft 2 again)

I Have spent TONS of time configuring soo many different builds on cyberpowerpc over the last 3 weeks trying to find the best build. Budget is Under 1350 Including tax preferably.

Please help this is my first build, i dont know alot about computers and im driving myself crazy trying to figure this all out and research it on my own

Im having the most trouble finding a motherboard, and video card that will run my games on max with good smooth fps, ANY suggestions are much appreciated.

Get a better video card, at least a GTX 660 or radeon 7870. If you want to run GW2 at max with 60+fps you're gonna need a SSD drive and atleast a GTX 660 TI or radeon 7950.

First off id like to say thanks for takin the time to read and comment on my post, Do you think that with that current setup i would be able to run D3 and WoW at max settings with 60+ FPS, Also if you have an opinion about it what do you think about my choice of motherboard? Need something better? can afford to have something worse for what i want to do?

For just WoW and D3 it should be enough yeah, although not by much. I'd really recommend something a little better than a gtx 650 TI. Even a gtx 660 (non-TI) would be a good choice for quite a bit better performance at only very slightly higher cost.
Can't see anything wrong with that motherboard, looks like a solid choice and Gigabyte is a high quality manufacturer.

$1350 seems a bit exapensive for what you're getting. Power supply on your build is also overkill

This build is a bit cheaper and has a Gtx 670 (will run all the games you mentioned excellently). Doesn't include an optical drive, an os, a keyboard or a headset.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($214.99 @ Newegg)

Newegg doesn't have tax in most areas and you can get all / most of this on free 2/3 day shipping.

(Also the graphics card from new egg comes with a free borderlands 2 and assassins creed 3)

I like that build, more than the one i made. But is a GTX 670 really necessary for diablo 3 and WoW? Or would a 650TI 1gb or 660 2gb play those 2 games at 60+ fps with high/max settings?

A GTX 670 is more future-proof than the 660 ti. But yes, if you're ONLY going to play D3 and WoW, the 660 ti will suffice.
    Playing since 2007.

Um it would be better 2 have a 2x4 setup for ram so you can actually use the dual channel. Also if your spending more then 1k on a computer now adays it would be beneficial to throw in at least a 128Gb SSD.

Why pay for a sound card when the z77 extreme4 onboard is good enough, if im spending 1k+ on a build the video card would also be better then a 650ti. atleast a 7870ghz or gtx660.

You're right, i got rid of it. And i think i will go ahead and upgrade to a gtx 660. I was just worried that it wouldn't be worth it to spend the extra money for the 660 compared to a 650 ti because it wouldn't make a noticeable difference for d3 and WoW is all. And i could always upgrade if i wanted to play a game requiring a better graphic card. unless that is...that a 650 ti wouldn't give me 60+ fps at high/max settings with D3 and WoW

This is what i came up with.
Pretty much the same as the one above, but including a SSD at a minor cost of video card.

I looked into getting a SSD but i found with research its a great to have but if your looking for overall performance and on a tight budget other things should come first? I read it will load loading screens and do downloads faster (game installs, music, files, etc) but other than that doesn't help with performance? this true?

It doesn't help with performance at a gaming level other than lower loading times, however once you get one you'll never want to be without again. If you're going to by spending almost $300 for a video card, might as well go ahead and get a Gigabyte 7950 for $300. You'll get better performance more on the level of a 670 for the price of only $12 more than the 660. Also, if you're getting a SSD, there's no need to get a Black, so you might as well save $40 and get a blue/green.

Probably shouldn't have dropped the GPU and bumped up the budget for a marginally better CPU cooler, 16GB of 1866, HX 750 and full tower. 16gb of 1600 is around $65 and the Xigmatek Gaia is $20. A $70 PSU would have sufficed for his build. Full towers are not only expensive, but extremely large and difficult to work with.

I wouldnt exactly say full towers are hard to work with. Ive always liked how much space I have and how nice cable management is. But I do dread anytime I decide to move my system since it weighs a ridiculous amount lol.
