Well in terms of the Sha, I think its more corruption than possesion.
The Sha are our own emotions, which means they have to feed off of emotions/feelings that a person already has

So like someone like Anduin is kinda immune to Sha unless there is a Sha of Glitter and Flowers rollin around

Ehhh...yes and no. I won't pretend to be the foremost theorycrafter on the subject of Sha, but I'm sure negative emotions extend further than you're allowing here.

Sure, there's a Sha of Anger and a Sha of Fear but I'm sure there are lesser sha akin to regret, sadness, loneliness, and maybe even (in the case of that little brat Anduin) the sha-of-my-daddy-is-a-warmonger-and-im-pretty-torn-up-about-that.

Thinking about it can we even call it corruption or possession?

The Sha in latent terms kind of just amplify our negative emotions to a point that we can't do anything.

Overwhelming rage, crippling fear, consuming despair..

They're amplified, and in the process make the target stronger.

Garrosh has every emotion that the Sha emobody. Despair, Doubt, Fear, Anger, Hatred, Violence.

I think it'd be awesome if there were 6 stages to the fight with each side of the Sha, with the final being a conglomeration of all of them in one.

We don't really know yet. I don't think the quest was ever done on the PTR by anyone to be perfectly honest.

Even if it is, the Bell is simply a tool used to channel the Sha energy beneath Pandaria. There could be others.

We won't know until we meet the Thunder King next patch I think.

Corruption is an extremely overused concept in WoW, but thematically it does fit the Mists of Pandaria so I wouldn't be too bothered if the Sha had something to do with Garrosh. I think I'll just wait and see.
