Trapped From The Nether

Hi I would like to complain that Faction NCC has blocked all access to The Nether from my Faction's portal by claiming the land in the Nether, meaning I can't open the doors surrounding the portal in the Nether. The co-ordinates in the Nether are:
X: -775
Y: 78
Z: 623.

Could someone please relieve this faction of their claimed area in the Nether?
