Moving Blizzard Powerbar

For fights such as the final fight in Shado-pan Monestary, or Assault on Zan'vess scenario where you have that extra power bar, what addons can i use to move that? For the record yes i tried simple power bar but didnt like it. Is that the only one or are there others that come with updated versions of like dominos or other action bar customizers?

Been a while since the last update, but it still works for me.

I use that one too just for this purpose.
I also gives you the possibility to scale the Blizzard Power Bar.
So it's simple but effective.

You have to do the quest line in there if you haven't on that toon for it to start appearing.
(If you have done it but done a faction change, you will need to do it again.)

i dont know if you use any bar addon but this feature is available in dominos
