Searching for an announcement Addon or Macro?

Hi,

I am searching for an Addon or Macro who announces when i use Ironbark or Tranquility.
I can create macro's like that but how do i remove the text spam when you spam it?
I know Druidfriend can do it with Tranquility but i didn't see it with Ironbark?

If there would be a possible way with a macro it would be even better?
