Challenge Mode set - combat visual efect not triggering..

Hey i just completed all of theGold challenge modes and i got the set but there is a problem.When i roar i see the dragon shoulders breathing fire but when i go i ncombat on the dummy there is no combat proc which i remember seeing in the mmo video of challenge sets-periodicly smoke envelops u while u fight.Any one knows why it doesnt trigger for me? Tried both in combat and Subtlety specs
.(did all of the challenge modes as a combat btw if anyone is interested).
