disc worth the effort in RBGs?

Hey guys,

My priest just dinged 90 yesterday and I am interested in PvP, Rated Battlegsrounds in particular. Is it worth working on gear for my disc set or should I be concerned that I won't be picked up for groups because we aren't as saught after as the other classes. It's worth mentioning I won't be pushing past 1800 rating because I am a "casual" player. I enjoy both shadow and disc equally, so I was hoping to give both specs equal attention.

Disc is bad. Subscription-cancelling bad.
