Would this set up do well with streaming?

Looking to build a new computer. Nothing AMAZING but something able to stream and play D3/LoL on ultra. Also would be paying about 600 for this, not 836.

CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Amazon)

um 150 bucks for some 1333 8gb ram i hope thats a joke. you can get some vengeance sticks for 38 bucks. and that would save you a 100 bucks. You DO NOT want a 5400 rpm hdd 7200 if its your only drive at least. get a wd cav blue at least. you should be able to get windows 7 oem for 99 bucks just about anywhere. If I were you Id go intel over AMD with the money you saved from dropping the parts i listed above get an i5 3570k with z77 board even a cheaper asrock z77 pro3/4 would work. Your system for streaming currently is not going to be close to great quality. Also Id recommend getting something better than a 7770 but its still a decent budget card. you could also get a cheaper PSU like an xfx pro 450 and power your system fine for about 20 cheaper

No, you can't stream on that CPU alone. You will need $100 more expensive processor for 720p or a $200 card for 1080p streaming.

Errr Seasonic manufactures XFX PSU's. The ProSeries 450w is basically a re-branded S12II and great for the price, Seasonic nothing to compete in that wattage/price range.
