With a naga.
1-12 with ctrl,shift and occasionally alt if needs be.
Use the mousewheel for forms/stances etc.

Pretty impressive that you're able to reach all those numbers, I can only reach up to 6 while having atleast on finger on a movement key (WASD), bad habbit there though, as I mostly move with my mouse.

Pretty much everything with Shift and CTRL mods.
= 80 binds, though I do not use them all. But thats what I pretty much got avaible (Some are not in reach of a CTRL combo for instance etc)
