My attempt at T14 2H BiS

This is what I came up with for T14 BiS:



I opted for some lower ilvl items (neck, wrist, legs, feet) to avoid being over 7.5% Hit / 7.5% Expertise.

Are there any changes to be made to the list?

Don't know why you're gemming strength in 2H BiS.
Should be haste gems. Also Relic, even upgraded doesn't sim higher than Lei Shins H + Darkmist H.
I'd still use Relic on a fight where you lust at the beginning though. The haste proc during your opener diminishes the value of using Empower Rune Weapon, especially during a lust opener.
The Heroic Elite Neck is better than the 509 you have right now.
The Heroic Elite Bracers are better than the 502s you have right now.
The 509 boots from Wind Lord are better than the Jasper Clawfeet.
This leaves you with alot of hit, however you can gem straight haste in all blue sockets to remove this problem.

How much haste is on the setup I offered? Currently running 8600 with haste gems and wouldn't feel comfortable dropping too much lower.

That looks pretty much right. Looks to be around 8700 haste, which is comfortable.

In your last link you're using the belt from Zor'lok instead of the one from Tayak. Don't get why.
