Wol help!

Today I was gonig over some wols of holy paladins and saw Holy Power , you gain a HP every time you take direct damage, cannot occur more than every 8 seconds

You will see it right under the category Power Gains. Below Holy shock

When I looked for this I couldn't see it in my Spellbook so I am just curious did I miss it or is it just normal HP gaining?
