Beneficial - Discipline Macros.

Hello everyone...

Currently so happy with the way Discipline priests are at this stage such a pleasure to play the class, but i am looking for some macros that may "clean up" my interface a little and offer me some more benefits to my healing rotations. I will be forever grateful if yourselves could possibly provide me with some useful macros that i can use in future raids.

Also any gear tips gems / reforges / stat changes would be appreciated. Bare in mind i know i have to enchant my new gloves...
