whether or not it been stated, this information is taken from yellowpages internet spam journal, and so far I found links only to others 200-adv-on-one-page internet newspapers, which makes me think this link from OP is bullshit. Thats the funny part, if found sane indeed!

What a can of worms calling or not calling murderers sane. In my book anybody that kills people repeatedly, for fun or any of the other crazy ass reasons ppl do it are clearly not sane. This however should not shield them from the punishment for their actions. Sure people with mental illnesses need help, but mental illness or not you should reap what you sow.
