Frozen Orb Weak Aura help (MAGE)

Hello all, I was hoping to get a hand with a macro to track the 10 secs my Frozen Orb is active. I cant seem to figure it out. I have one that shows the CD progress, just not the actual duration it is active.

Maybe you can do something with the cooldown, then there is a feature that that activates stuff only when it's below some cooldown time and then invert it?

so basically:
- create a cooldown tracker for frozen orb
- set the cooldown to only show below 50 seconds
- invert it

now it should only trigger the first 10 seconds of the cooldown
