So I just got my last Sigil or Wisdom off my Sha of Fear LFR kill this week...and the next quest tells me to go in and kill the Sha of Fear and get the Chimera of Fear.
So my question: Do I have to wait till next week or can I just kill the Sha again and collect my quest item?

You can go right back in and kill him again. The quest item will make his body sparkle like a normal mob and you'll have to loot it manually.
Soothing Mist:"Healing them for a minor amount every 0.5 sec, until you take any other action."
Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
[What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."

You can kill him again and get the Fear even if you've already killed him the same week.
Just remember that you need to loot him manually!

I think this exact thing was even a blue post / hotfix note / patch note, was it not?
